HERTZ Car Rental at Seattle Airport

Hertz operates two locations at Seattle airport: one counter is located at the Rental Car Facility at 3150 South 160th Street, the other is at the Airport Marriott Hotel, located at 3201 South 176th Street, Sea-Tac WA98188. The airport's Rental Car Facility is open for business 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and during those hours Hertz staff can be contacted on tel +1 206 277 2340.

Free shuttle buses leave from the Baggage Claim area's lower level at the northern and southern end of the main terminal (Alaska Airlines at the north end, international airlines at the south end). Exits 2 and 15 lead to these areas respectively from Baggage Claim. The trip from the main terminal to the Rental Car Facility takes 7 to 8 minutes. Shuttles run 24/7, arriving ca every 5 minutes at the pickup points outside the terminal.

The Hertz counter at the Airport Marriott Hotel is only open from Mondays to Fridays, from 8.00 am to noon, and again from 1.00 pm to 5.30 pm. On Saturdays and Sundays this Hertz counter is closed (tel +1 206 433 5275). Another Hertz counter can be found in Downtown Seattle, at the Courtyard by Marriott Hotel at Lake Union, 925 Westlake Avenue N (tel +1 206 213 8572).

All Hertz deals come with unlimited mileage and basic 3rd party liability protection included in the base rate. Debit cards are not accepted, but major credit cards are. The Hertz Seattle Airport fleet includes vehicles like the Intermediate SUV Nissan Rogue, the Full-size Chevrolet Malibu, the Standard class Ford Mustang Convertible and the mini passenger van Chrysler Pacifica, which seats up to 7 people. Hertz Sea-Tac can also deliver the Full-size Recreational class Nissan Pathfinder, which is another 7-seater with lots of space for luggage.

Hertz Platinum customers should call the Rental Car Facility on +1 206 214 8273 to arrange for a Gold Booth Meet & Greet, as curbside pickups are not available at Seattle Tacoma Airport. The Gold VIP Booth is located on the Rental Car Facility's 3rd floor, where parking for ca 4,000 vehicles is situated.
