The Budget counter at Sea-Tac is open for business 24/7. Free shuttle buses run every 5 minutes from the lower level of Baggage Claim to the Rental Car Facility, a trip that takes ca 7 to 8 minutes. The shuttle runs 24 hours, every day of the week and drops customers off right outside the facility. Pickup takes place inside the building, which has more than 4,000 parking space for vehicles inside.

Budget Sea-Tac accepts credit cards like Budget Charge Card, Budget International, American Express, Carte Blanche, Diner's Club and Diner's Club International, Discover, ChinaUnionPay, JCB, Mastercard, Optima, Peterson, Howell, PHH and Visa. Debit cards accepted by Budget must carry the Mastercard or Visa logo and renters using a debit card must be at least 25 years old.

The minimum age for renters is 21 years. Drivers aged 21 to 24 are subject to a surcharge of $27.00 a day (price 2019). They are restricted to the smaller vehicle categories and cannot rent luxury cars, minivans, premium SUVs, specialty cars, full size SUV's or Street Fleet vehicles.
